A leading visual effects studio in Vancouver seeks a highly motivated motion graphics artist to join their Environments team. In this role, you will create sophisticated motion graphics for various contexts, contributing to AAA animated feature films and live-action projects. Candidates should have a degree in fine art and 3+ years of experience in VFX or animation, with skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Sony Pictures Imageworks is searching for highly motivated, creative motion graphics artists to join our Environments team. At SPI you will have an opportunity to work on a range of exciting AAA animated feature films and live‑action VFX projects.
Under the guidance of your Motion Graphics Supervisor, you will create sophisticated motion graphics in a broad range of styles for use in diverse contexts.

The anticipated base salary for an Intermediate position is $37.50 - $53.80/hr. Benefits are per company policy: which include healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, standard increases as applicable. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
