Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  2. Provide tailored mortgage advice aligning with clients' financial goals using your banking expertise and communication skills.
  3. Build trust through transparent, honest communication and rapport building throughout the mortgage process.
  4. Prioritize client experience by understanding needs and ensuring a seamless application process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings, adhering to regulations.
  6. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate client preferences.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice.
