What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Sell mortgage solutions and associated lending products directly to clients referred by financial advisors or mortgage brokers
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of mortgage documents to the appropriate servicing unit for lending decisions
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively to achieve a high closing rate
- Follow up on leads provided by the lead management team to convert them into sales
- Update CRM with client interactions to assist in sales pipeline management
What is Required (Qualifications)
- College or University degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking and mortgage brokerage industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting processes
- Experience conducting virtual meetings and presentations
- Fully bilingual in French and English
