Are you a subject-matter-expert in the world of Mortgages? Do you have a strong network in the real‑estate space and a solid understanding of lending practices? Vancity is looking for an experienced sales professional with these traits to be our next Mortgage Development Manager. As a Mortgage Development Manager, you will grow new mortgage business and help Vancity redefine wealth consistent with business goals.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based in Fraser Valley East, and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Member Advisory Services.
For this position we are looking at applicants currently living in the Fraser Valley East area.

This role offers a competitive compensation package under the Mortgage Development Manager (MDM) scheme, designed to reward high performers for driving business growth and expanding their client portfolio. You will receive a guaranteed base salary of $5,000 per month for the first three months in the role, and will then switch over to 100% commission.
