Job summary

Tim Hortons in Canada is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, prepare bakery items, and deliver exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact and help create memorable guest experiences with energy and teamwork.

In this role you can grow into Trainer, Supervisor, and other leadership positions as you perform well in a fast-paced cafe setting with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service is an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Aim to deliver guest satisfaction from first interaction to service completion.
• Prepare and serve bakery items and beverages with care.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
