Job summary

Quanteam is seeking an AI-Native Developer (Python / AI-ML) to join the IT DevSecOps & AI team. You will build, optimize and deploy AI models for business use cases, collaborating with Data Scientists and Solution Architects, and industrializing AI into production via APIs and microservices.

You will master vibe coding with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate development while maintaining high quality, latency and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Python development with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Proven experience with productive AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Expertise with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain.
• Solid experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps tech and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs).
• Experience in API development (FastAPI, Flask, REST).
• Good knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong testing and code quality practices (pytest, unittest, code coverage).
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Ability to decompose problems and design effective prompts.
• Autonomy and ability to drive proposals in AI.

We are looking for an AI-Native Developer (Python / AI-ML) for one of our clients.

Missions:

• Experienced Python developer, expert in AI/ML and vibe coding, able to rapidly build innovative solutions with AI assistance while ensuring code quality, robustness and maintainability.
• You will join the IT DevSecOps & AI department as an AI Python Developer. You will be responsible for developing, integrating and optimizing AI models for various business use cases.
• You will work in agile mode, closely with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and the business and IT teams of other divisions within the client's organization. You will play a key role in the industrialization and deployment of AI solutions into production.
• As a vibe coding expert, you fully master generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while maintaining high quality standards. You are able to decompose complex problems into clear instructions for AI tools and to validate and optimize the generated code.
