Position Overview

Casa Mia Montessori, a boutique early learning center in southeast Calgary, is looking for a warm, dedicated, and qualified Montessori-trained Educator (Level 2 or 3) to join our small and collaborative team. You will play a vital role in nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and cognitively—through respectful, child‑led learning.

Position Requirements
  • Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3) with Montessori training is mandatory
  • College or university degree related to Early Childhood Education
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification (issued within the last 3 years)
  • Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months)

Full‑time: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Start date: June or July 2025

Compensation

Level 2: $18–$19 per hour, Alberta wage top‑up
Level 3: $20–$22 per hour, Alberta wage top‑up
Final wage based on experience and qualifications
