Montana's in Airdrie, AB is seeking friendly Servers to create a fun atmosphere and deliver memorable BBQ dining experiences. You’ll know the menu inside out, welcome Guests with genuine hospitality, and work to brand standards.

This role rewards energetic team players who communicate well, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and can work a flexible schedule. Previous serving experience is a plus, and employee discounts at participating Recipe brands are available.

Montana's is hiring a Restaurant at our Airdrie location! Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to‑earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Overview: As a Server, you’re responsible for creating a fun atmosphere while exhibiting your product knowledge, enthusiasm and passion to provide our Guests with a unique experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Be a “know it all” about our regular promotional food and beverage menus
• Communicate and recommend offerings to Guests
• Provide a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality
• Get to know our Guests and enhance their personal experience,
• while flawlessly executing our steps of service to brand standards
• Process Guests orders and payments in a timely manner
• Provide responsible alcohol service to all Guests
• Complete cleaning jobs outlined by management teams
• Adhere to safe food safety and handling procedures
• Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices
