Dead by Daylight is looking for a Product Director to drive the vision and roadmap of player monetization and content offerings, including characters, cosmetics, sales, and battlepasses. Your leadership will bring clarity, innovation, and long-term impact to our engagement strategy, helping define the next chapter of DbD’s evolution.

In this role you will :
  • Own thelive player monetization and store contentroadmap;Manageprioritization of in-game monetization features and content across characters, cosmetics,sales,and battle passes.
  • Ownand drivethe licensingcontentroadmapthroughrevenueforecasting,marketknowledge,communityfeedback, and collaboration with cross-discipline creatives.
  • Collaborateand develop strong partnershipsacrosscreative, technicalandproduction;Your ability to influence design and creative direction will be crucial.
  • Lead andgrow ateam: Manage a small teamofProduct Managers&Live Opsspecialists andbuild a high-performingmonetizationfunction.
  • Track KPIs & P&L: Partner withDataInsight and Marketingto forecast, measure, andoptimizesales.
  • Combine market insight, player data, and community feedback to define,validate, and evolvemonetizationfeatures that driverevenueand playerconversion.
What we're looking for :
  • 6+ years in Productor MonetizationManagement, including 2+ years ina leadership role.
  • Experience in the video game industry on a Live game, ideally on PC/Console.Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience creating strategic deliverables including definingobjectives, key components, and audience-tailored messaging.
  • Demonstratedsuccessfulexperience withmonetizationsystems;Content planning, first party sales,Battle Passes,first time conversion, segmentation.
  • Ableto translate insights intoinnovative, relevant feature strategies.Experience inowning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-disciplinecreative teams.
