• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a Modular construction/production environment is a plus.
• Ability to develop subordinates’ skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Modular manufacturing division.
• Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour, and equipment.
• Manage plant and departmental budgets and production schedules.
