Job summary

Morson Group is seeking two Modification Team Leads to support the OPG Pickering Refurbishment project in Pickering, Ontario. The roles require strong experience with OPG ECC processes and modification activities.

Successful candidates will coordinate modifications, align documentation with project requirements, and attend the OPG site as needed. This is a 12-month full-time contract with a 40-hour work week and a rate of CAD 80–100 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Modification Team Lead with OPG or similar program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OPG ECC process and related engineering procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
• Electrical Engineering degree; P.Eng. designation preferred but not required.
• OPG security clearance preferred or previously held clearance acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Modification Team Lead support for Pickering Refurbishment activities.
• Coordinate modification activities in accordance with ECC process.
• Work with engineering and OPG teams to align activities, documentation and project requirements.
• Support the coordination and tracking of modification deliverables, resolving issues with the relevant teams.
• Attend the OPG Pickering site as required.

About the Role

We are seeking two Modification Team Leads to support the OPG Pickering Refurbishment project. The successful candidates will provide MTL support, ensuring modification activities align with OPG’s Engineering Change Control (ECC) process and applicable engineering processes.

Previous experience working as an MTL with OPG is required. Candidates at junior, intermediate and senior levels will be considered, provided they meet this requirement.
