What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide exceptional support to content creators (models) via email and chat;
  • Validate modelpictures, videos, and personal identification;
  • Model registration follow‑up and account management;
  • Training and onboarding will be done virtually (from your home);
  • Perform other department duties as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed:
Must haves:
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Access to reliable internet
  • Internet savvy; extremely fast and organized
  • Empathy and a focus on delivering a personal experience to models;
  • Pro‑active and resourceful; ability to multi‑task under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice‑to‑haves:
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Experience working with ticketing software (Zendesk or Salesforce)
  • Other Languages (written Spanish, Russian, German) a plus!
