Job summary

NIVA Health invites experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to lead our Mobile Wound Care Division, delivering advanced wound care directly to patients at home and in facilities.

Take charge of clinical autonomy, mentor peers, and drive quality improvement across multiple sites. Strong communication and leadership will help advance patient outcomes in a dynamic, mobile setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with current credentials in wound care.
• Proven experience in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making in complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across home and facility settings.
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive healing.
• Mentor and train team members to foster excellence.
