Job summary

A leading trailer maintenance company in Eastern Ontario is looking for a Mobile Trailer Technician / Licensed Inspector. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs, document your work, and train apprentices. Candidates should hold a Red Seal or Journeyman certification, with additional skills in fabrication or welding considered beneficial. Competitive pay up to $38 per hour, health benefits, and support for certification exams are offered.

Qualifications

• Red Seal and/or Journeyman certification.
• Fabrication, welding, or tailgate repair experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ABS diagnostic software.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs.
• Experience in body work, fabrication, or welding is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Document work and review work orders.
• Train apprentices as required.

Skills

Red Seal and / or Journeyman certification

Fabrication experience

Welding experience

Basic knowledge of ABS diagnostic software
