Job summary

GardaWorld in Toronto, ON is seeking a Mobile Security Guard to join our Security Services team. You’ll perform Mobile Patrol duties across condominiums, commercial properties and malls, with a focus on deterring incidents and enforcing property rules.

This full-time role offers 12-hour continental shifts (days/nights), paid training through GardaWorld Academy, uniform provided, and clear opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires Ontario security guard license and WSIB approved First Aid and CPR.
• Must have Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Must have a clear criminal background and be eligible to work in Canada.
• Previous experience of 1 year working as a mobile guard.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot).
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws.
• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
• Responding to various types of emergencies.
