Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Advisor) in Victoria, BC. You will be the face of Best Buy for customers, helping them pick products and providing a great in-store experience. No prior experience required, and training is provided to grow your tech know-how.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible teammates who can adapt to dynamic store environments, maintain a safe, inclusive workplace, and connect with customers about their needs and interests in technology.

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail sales associate, which we call an advisor at Best Buy. As a retail sales associate, you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers. Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $18.25 - $21.45
