Job summary

ANVITA in Calgary is expanding its team of Registered Massage Therapists to meet patient demand, delivering in-home care across Canada. You will treat clients in their homes with scheduling and client communication handled for you.

Base rates are $80 for 60 minutes and $120 for 90 minutes. After 10 bookings in a month, rates rise to $90 and $130 respectively. There are no quotas, no forced availability, and you control your schedule and service area.

Qualifications

• RMT license in regulated provinces (BC, ON, NL, NB, PEI) or active membership in a recognized professional association (e.g., MTAA, MTAM, MTAS, FMQ).
• Completion of a recognized 2,200+ hour massage therapy program and/or active membership in a recognized professional association (for unregulated provinces).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home massage therapy sessions to clients.
• Focus on treating patients, not admin; work with a flexible schedule and control your service area.

What You Earn (clear and predictable)

• $80 for 60‑minute sessions
• $120 for 90‑minute sessions

If you complete 10 or more bookings in the previous month, your rates automatically increase to:

• $90 for 60‑minute sessions
• $130 for 90‑minute sessions

There Are

• No pressure to maintain volume

When a month is slower, your base rate still applies. Consistency is simply rewarded. Many homes also book multiple appointments in the same house, further improving your earning potential.
