Qualifications

• Banking and mortgage experience required.
• Mortgage advice and product solutions experience.
• Ability to meet clients on their schedule.
• Ability to work with Banking Centre teams.
• Understanding of the local market and potential client base.
• Ability to create a sales plan and convert leads into new clients.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal businesses and external realtors.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
• Valid work or study permit where applicable.
• May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
• Mortgage lending knowledge.
• Mortgage process knowledge.
