A leading facilities management company is seeking a Mobile Facilities Technician in the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George. Responsibilities include conducting building inspections, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring operational safety. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in facilities management and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Starting pay ranges from $33.51 to $35.51 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or mechanical/electrical service.
• Clean Class 5 or higher BC Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Attend service calls and conduct building inspections.
• Plan and execute planned and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities of suppliers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in planning and preparing construction schedules.
