Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial sites across Zones 1 and 2 in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias, with the ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
• Perform electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Participate in an on-call rota as required

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

• Test and Inspection qualifications (e.g., 2391)
• Experience with building management systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance
