Job summary

Colliers in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Mobile Building Operator to manage daily operations, supervise HVAC and building systems, and ensure responsive service for tenants. The role requires strong customer service and regulatory certifications, with flexibility for on-site responsibilities and potential emergency procedures training.

Two to five years of CRE experience and a valid Alberta driver’s license are essential, along with a 5th Class Power Engineering Certification.

About The Role

You are a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing and the supervision of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations.

  • You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team, share your expertise, and collaborate effectively.
  • You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.
