GTA AirSkip in Mississauga, ON is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the growing Operations team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing daily movement of shipments across the GTA AirSkip network, coordinating with warehouse teams, airline partners, ground carriers, and customs.

You will identify delays, maintain accurate records, support new customer implementations, and contribute to process improvements while thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments across the GTA AirSkip network.
• Track and trace shipments from origin through final delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Work with airlines, ground carriers, warehouses, and customs teams.
• Identify delays or issues and resolve them quickly.
• Provide shipment updates to internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Support new customer implementations and operational projects.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and transportation regulations.
