Job summary

AIT Global Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in Mississauga, ON to design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI or Flask. You will develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions, and contribute to AI-powered data analytics platforms.

The role requires strong Python, AI/LLM experience, solid SQL, and expertise in concurrency, testing, and system reliability. You will lead architecture efforts and mentor engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and web API development background.
• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Proven leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask.
• Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.

• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
