• 7+ years of experience in the Mission Critical Data Centre construction industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development is an asset.
• Strong understanding of data-centre requirements (MEP systems, redundancy, commissioning).
• Proven ability to sell construction services within the Canadian landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for the mission critical market segment.
• Develop key account and market plans to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pre-Construction teams to support revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
