Skeena Gold + Silver Limited seeks a Mining Engineering Co-op student to assist the Technical Services team at the Eskay Creek Mine site. You will work with field technicians, assayers, and mining/geology engineers, gaining exposure to surface mining operations and project execution in a remote camp setting.

The role runs on a 15 days on/13 days off rotation with an 8-month term starting January 2027. Compensation is CA$25–30 per hour, with travel and camp accommodations provided where

Competenze

• Active enrolment in an accredited undergraduate program in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Geology/Earth Sciences.
• Practical understanding of mining processes and industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD/GIS experience is an asset.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to operations and execution teams.
• Assist engineers with data analysis, drawings, and reviews.
• Load and analyze drill hole data; manage the drill hole database.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly production reports.
• Support field QA/QC, surveying, and geological mapping.
• Perform productivity simulations and cycle-time studies.
