What you will do:

• Ensure safe workbehaviorsin a mining environment and compliance with all Nutrien procedures and policies
• Support safe and efficient achievement of production targets through operation of underground mining equipment, manual labor including clean-up/shoveling, scaling, bolting, adding and reclaiming hardware, installing brattice for ventilation, and setting up extensible belts
• Play a critical role in ensuring your own safety and the safety of others

What you will bring:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Positive safety behavior and safety leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a labour intensive team environment, as well as independently
• Previous experience in an industrial environment
