Your Role as a Mentor

• Promote and share impactful online personal growth programs
• Guide others through mindset and success transformation journeys
• Connect with purpose-aligned individuals via authentic conversations
• Host discovery and support sessions (with scripts and guidance)
• Use easy-to-learn digital tools and systems
• Join weekly Zoom-based training and mentoring sessions

You’ll Thrive If You...

• Are passionate about helping others succeed and grow
• Have a background in mentoring, coaching or leadership (formal or informal)
• Are self-motivated, growth-oriented and open to learning
• Communicate with clarity and compassion
• Are based in Toronto and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor
