A leading automotive supplier in Ontario is seeking a Millwright for their Guelph facility. The Millwright will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and training apprentices. Ideal candidates require a Licensed Millwright (433A) certification, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

  • Must be able to operate all common tool room machinery in a safe and productive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills to properly repair tools and fixtures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform total preventative maintenance according to schedules.
  • Monitor and review information to detect or assess problems.
  • Create, assemble, and modify industrial equipment.
  • Identify root cause of problems and correct to return equipment to good condition.
  • Conduct failure analysis on recurring production problems.
  • Train and mentor machine technicians and apprentices.

Licensed Millwright (433A)
