Job description: Industrial Mechanic

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join a dynamic maintenance team in Eastern Toronto. As a key member of the crew, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Millwright / Industrial Mechanic (433A) with 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Strong pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, grinder)
• Familiarity with heavy-duty machinery maintenance and rebuilding
• Must be able to do some arc and spot welding
