Job summary

Gibraltar Mine in Williams Lake, BC is seeking a Mill Labourer to support safe, efficient mill operations. You will perform physically demanding tasks, handle materials, and assist with cleaning in an industrial setting under the foreman’s supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s licence. Training and a competitive compensation package with benefits are provided as part of Trekore’s operation at Trekore Mines.

Salary Range: $31.29 per hour

Role Overview

A Mill Labourer supports safe and efficient mill operations by performing physically demanding tasks, including material handling, equipment clean‑up, lifting, climbing stairs, and working in an industrial setting. This role requires adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards while contributing to the overall productivity of the processing plant.

Core Responsibilities

• Safely perform physically demanding labour work which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, climbing stairs and exposure to an industrial environment.
• Experience working in an industrial/mill setting is an asset, but not required.
• Follow Company policies and procedures while performing all tasks.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s licence.
