Midstream Service Delivery Manager

As a Midstream Service Delivery Manager, you will represent Baker Hughes with executive level management of pipeline, terminal, and refining organizations in order to help progress critical sales projects.

Responsibilities
  • Building long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities
  • Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers
  • Developing, delivering, and leading business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives
  • Demonstrating good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
  • Following Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance
  • Potentially directly managing a team of employees
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrate equivalent work experience
  • Have a min of 5 years upstream, midstream, or industrial treatment sales experience
  • Have experience in commercial or sales role with good customer interface, relationship building, and a track record of delivering sales growth
  • Show comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and midstream market conditions
  • Have a solid understanding of upstream, midstream and terminal processes and economics
  • Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management
  • Be available to travel up to 25% of the time
