A leading defense technology firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level QA Analyst in Waterdown, Ontario. The ideal candidate will compile quality performance data, coordinate with various teams, and conduct inspections. Applicants should have a College Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical and experience in quality assurance. The position offers a full-time role with a competitive salary range of CAD 75,000 - 85,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a technical capacity.
• CQE or CQT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze quality performance data.
• Coordinate with Production, Program Management and Engineering.
• Liaise with customers on quality matters.
• Support inspection tests in production.
• Conduct FAI (First Article Inspections).

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Working knowledge of AS9100 standard

Basic understanding of statistical analysis and reporting

Experience in process quality control and product testing

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Continuous improvement disciplines

Product-related software functionality

Basic knowledge of Electro-Mechanical assembly processes

Education

College Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical with Quality Assurance training

ISO9001/AS9100 working knowledge
