Job summary

Trusscore is seeking a mid-level full-stack developer to build, standardize, and scale our data and automation internal ecosystem. You’ll own front-end and back-end foundations and ensure secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.

You’ll collaborate across teams to define UI/UX wireframes, information architecture, and integration with Azure identity provider and third-party tools, while advancing internal platform standards and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack web applications in production environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining secure, reliable applications used by internal or external users.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and back-end stacks like Node.js or Python.
• Hands-on experience with React or modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and OAuth/OpenID Connect/Sso integration.
• Experience deploying in cloud or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of front-end and back-end features with technical leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and scalable architecture.
• Standardize reusable UI components to align with brand guidelines.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization, including SSO and Azure AD integration.
• Develop integrations, APIs, routes, and service connections with other tools.
• Create and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Improve production quality with better code structure, testing, performance, and observability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive improvements.
• Support other departments with platform modernization or automation when needed.
