As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications. Working in this area you will provide consulting services to clients analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilization of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful Work You’ll Be Part Of

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Delivery Leader Director you’ll work as part of a team of problem‑solvers helping to solve business issues, deliver high‑quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Help clients evaluate their supporting technologies needed to engage effectively with their customers, supply chain and employees.
  • Contribute to PwC’s value proposition of strategy‑led and technology‑enabled services by aligning our Advisory industry focus with Microsoft’s key technologies such as Dynamics 365 SCM, Office 365, Azure and Business Intelligence Analytics.

  • Identify and discuss key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities.
  • Handle day‑to‑day client communications and shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria.
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.
  • Manage engagement financials and help grow and develop our team through hands‑on training and coaching.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrate proven expertise, industry regard as a leader with success managing teams utilizing extensively Microsoft Dynamics and the related Microsoft product stack, emphasizing a proven track record of leading sales and/or full‑lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification(s)

Preferred: Acquired one or more functional certifications within Dynamics 365 SCM.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

Demonstrate thought‑leader level knowledge and proven success articulating and delivering value to a client’s business problems using Dynamics 365 SCM, including leading teams or working independently to develop new market‑differentiated Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Demonstrated success as a consultant with broad Dynamics 365 SCM product knowledge in both Finance and Supply Chain and extensive abilities and prior success in the following areas:

  • Leading technical development efforts and offshore development resources.
  • Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain environment.
  • Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions.

Managing the Execution of Multiple Client Engagements

  • Identify and address client needs: develop and sustain deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; prepare and present complex written and verbal materials; and define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
  • Demonstrate expert negotiation and persuasion skills used to sell potential new service opportunities, including a proven track record with identifying and converting potential engagement opportunities and developing market presence, qualifying leads, proposing and closing to drive a book of business.
  • Lead client projects understanding a client’s business and technology in order to identify, pursue and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities.
  • Demonstrate extensive abilities and success as a team leader: lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff and encourage improvement and innovation.
Pay Range – PwC BC Region
  • Salary range: $162,200.00 – $216,200.00 – $270,200.00 CAD annual. Individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
  • Note: The salary range reflects our British Columbia region. Because of our national recruiting approach, we may recruit (and may hire) in other regions, and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location. PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
