As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications. Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, Senior, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organize, execute, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.

  • Conduct necessary reviews, analyze the client’s finance processes, and consult with the client and project team to ensure the Provide experience in these D365 modules: General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Advanced Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Invoice Capture, Project Management & Accounting, Budgeting, Management Reporter.

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

  • Document the business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.

  • End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.

  • Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.

  • Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.

  • Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Proven experience in Microsoft D365 with expertise in implementing the Supply Chain modules.

  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team and demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks.

  • Natural learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range* for this position is $82,300.00 - 109,700.00 - 137,000.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
