Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join the team on two shifts: 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM start times. Candidates must be prepared to attend on‑site testing and interviews, with immediate availability upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Trucks, Dockstockers, Walkies, and/or Order Picker forklifts
• Perform receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to support operations
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service‑level targets
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work at heights (Order Picker)
• Participate in cycle counts, move pallets, and maintain a clean warehouse environment
• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification (Reach Trucks required; Dockstocker, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant forklift experience (required if under work permit)
• Experience with RF‑based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)
• Secondary school diploma preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work safely at heights
• Safety‑conscious and aware of MHE protocols and facility security procedures

Schedule & Compensation

• Start times: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Flexibility is required
• Hourly rate: $20/hour

• Must be available to start immediately after successful interview and testing
