Job summary

ABL Employment in Mississauga is seeking an experienced forklift operator for a long-term, full-time position. The role offers day shifts with consistent hours, weekly pay, and a safety-focused team in a clean warehouse environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift experience, a valid forklift certification, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site MHE assessments and CSA-approved safety boots are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on forklift experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience with Raymond or Crown equipment.
• Comfortable completing an on-site MHE assessment.
• Strong attention to safety and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CSA-approved steel toe boots required.
• Must have a valid SIN and be eligible to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate multiple types of warehouse equipment including Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Pallet Jack.
• Move freight, stage pallets, load/unload trailers, scan inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area while meeting daily productivity goals.
