Under the direction of the General Manager , this position is responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of security operations at Elements Casino Victoria!. Our new passionate leader will assist with the planning and directing of all security initiatives, provide a learning and mentoring environment for the security team, while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Additionally, the Security Manager will develop performance objectives, deliver performance evaluations and will actively participate in the recruitment and hiring process.
