Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial methods and work instructions development.
• Experience in process engineering, design, lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for production quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and improve manufacturing workstations and tooling.
• Lead training sessions for production workers during design phases.

Skills

Engineering degree in electrical, electromechanical or mechanical

Technical problem solving

Proficiency in ERP tools like SAP
