Supreme International Limited in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, seeks a Metal Fabrication Laborer for hands-on production work in our metal shop. You will cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components, working with fabricators and welders to ensure accurate, safe, and on-schedule parts.

The role suits someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tools. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime potential as production demands arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Physical ability to stand and lift 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fabrication of metal parts and assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Operate basic fabrication equipment under supervision.
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for cutting and forming.
• Load/unload and stage raw materials and finished products.
• Perform layout, fitting and assembly to support welders and fabricators.
• Deburr, grind, and clean metal components to required finishes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per safety policies.
• Inspect parts visually and with basic tools, report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Assist with inventory, packaging, and shipping preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training to learn new tools and fabrication techniques.
