Ashley Canada - Burlington location is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead visual presentation at the store level and support corporate marketing. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, coordinating POP displays, and ensuring displays are current and engaging for guests.

Candidates should have at least two years in retail visual presentation, strong design sense, and the ability to lead a small team while collaborating with marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years of experience in retail visual presentation.
• Aptitude for design, balance and color.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail hours and some travel may be required; criminal record check may be required.

Responsabilités

• Implement visual presentation direction from the corporate office.
• Support POP display setup and other marketing tasks.
• Maintain merchandise displays to corporate standards.
• Keep showroom floor in compliance with standards.
• Update and manage transfer reports for store flow.
• Oversee inventory control and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure clearance flow aligns with budget.
• Supervise the visual team and assign tasks.
• Prepare and administer staff performance evaluations.
• Recruit, train and coach assigned staff.
