Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service within a locally owned store.

You will organize backroom inventory, use PDT and MMS systems, and ensure displays are shopper-friendly while maintaining store standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience handling backroom inventory and BIMI processes.
• Ability to use computer systems (PDT/MMS) for daily tasks.
• Attention to accurate product receiving, documentation and returns.
• Strong organization and neatness in stock areas.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Receive merchandise and maintain a neat backroom.
• Ensure accurate documentation for receiving and returns.
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining standards.
• Maintain customer-focused displays and a clean store image.
• Comply with health and safety and store policies.
