Job summary

The Home Depot in Canada is seeking a Merchandising Execution Associate to support in-store merchandising, planogram maintenance, and display setup. You will work with store teams to implement merchandising strategies and ensure correct product placement while delivering customer service.

You will read directions, build displays, maintain signage, and complete tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment. A GED or high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Ability to read and interpret planograms and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set to the planogram and project instructions.
• Straighten, clean and merchandise product to present it visually.
• Maintain planogram inside upright beam adjacent to product set.
• Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools.
• Maintain display materials and signage.
• Update price labels and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with price changes and sign maintenance.
• Support multiple departments and execute projects as directed.
• Maintain bay service records and documentation.
• Execute one-off projects per store or district leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions.
