Why is this role important?

Reporting to a Store Setup Manager, you will be part of a special team of colleagues who travel to stores all across the province, to merchandise and assist teams during renovations and new store openings.

What You'll Do
  • You will travel to assigned retail locations and different locations within Saskatchewan on a weekly basis to work alongside construction teams to remodel our stores.
  • Responsibilities include eliminating out-of-stock and out-of-date product from the shelves, cleaning and/or adjusting the shelves and re-stocking the shelves.
  • Efficiently and accurately assemble, set up, maintain store fixtures, displays and shelves by following Plan-O-Grams (a guide with pictures and information).
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
  • Ensure merchandise of all departments is presentable for customers, including aisles being accessible at all times.
  • Assist in other tasks as needed (manual labor, cleaning, general maintenance, stockroom & sales floor maintenance).
What You'll Need
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle as transportation to different stores is required.
  • Flexibility to work any shift predominantly overnight shifts.
  • Willing and able to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Extensive travel required with excellent compensation rates provided.
  • Retail store experience with a solid understanding of the overall store operations would be an asset.
  • Previous experience working with Merchandiser/Stocker is an asset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer and software literate, able to learn new software.
