Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Manager in Grande Prairie, AB. You will join the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, focusing on merchandising and processing freight, and delivering positive experiences for the communities we serve.

You will assist with store functions, open/close procedures, protect assets, maintain cleanliness, and follow corporate directives while supporting freight flow, stock management, and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
