Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a motivated in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and resetting shelves. You will also assist with leadership reporting and training to help maximize store sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of merchandising or planogram experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are reliable for local travel with transportation. The role offers Monday–Thursday shifts with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist retailers by building displays and end caps and resetting shelves to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting and training as needed.
• Adapt to in-store needs and ensure product presentation aligns with planograms.
