Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages is hiring a Full Time Merchandiser in Saint John, NB. You’ll merchandise Pepsi products across store shelves and displays, support promotions, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure top-notch service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs. You will thrive working independently in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using standard equipment.
• Support store promotions by ensuring shelves are stocked and materials are visible.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Reps and Delivery teams to service Pepsi accounts.
• Keep back-room stock neat and orderly.
• Rotate out expired products to maintain freshness.

Compensation:

• $22.00 per hour with full-time hours

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
• You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
• You have excellent time management skills

• Prior merchandising or customer service experience
• Previous grocery store experience
