Job summary

Concord National LLP seeks a Merchandiser to elevate in-store presence in the Fredericton area. You will manage shelf placement, planograms and rotations while engaging store managers to maintain optimal stock levels.

You will travel around 85% of the time and work 15% from a home office or base, requiring a valid driver's license and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
• Execute plan-o-grams and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
• Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
• Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are:

• You have2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
• You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.
• You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Travel Requirements

• You'll spend around85% of your time on the road, visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required) and 15% in your home office.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to20 lbs and stay active on your feet for up to5 hours at a time.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
