Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Alberta is seeking a customer-focused team member to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service in a busy store. You will help manage backroom inventory, assist customers on the floor, and uphold store standards and safety policies while working with a local Associate-Owner in a community-oriented setting.

Preference is given to candidates with basic computer and cash register skills, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Be organized, neat, and efficient in handling processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations on the shop floor.
• Accurate cash handling and customer order processing when needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: organize backroom product, BIMI processes, product placement, and expiry date management.
• Receiving: ensure proper documentation and orderly backroom according to policies.
• Customer Service: greet and assist customers; maintain a clean store image.
• General: comply with health and safety, store standards, and loss prevention.
