Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking part-time merchandisers in Drayton Valley for retailers nationwide. You’ll ensure accurate shelf placement, update pricing, and install promotional materials while building strong relationships with store staff.

This role values attention to detail and reliable transportation. We offer competitive hourly pay, a quarterly in-store compliance bonus, flexible scheduling, paid mileage and travel time, growth opportunities, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday to Friday, early morning and daytime hours.
• Merchandising experience (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and basic computer/mobile device use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves and maintain organization.
• Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
• Set up and install promotional materials.
• Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
